The GIVE community came ready to make this year’s The Falls Veterans’ Fundraiser count.
Hosted at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort, the annual event welcomed more than 115 golfers, 120 GIVE graduates, and 18 VA volunteers for a day dedicated to golf, connection, and Iowa’s Veterans. With 26 sponsors helping lead the way, the event raised more than $120,000 for the GIVE Foundation!

Veterans at the Heart of the Day
Having 120 GIVE graduates join us made this year’s fundraiser especially meaningful. The event gave Veterans from across the GIVE community a chance to spend time together, reconnect with familiar faces, meet new friends, and enjoy the shared group camaraderie.
That sense of connection sits at the heart of GIVE’s mission. Our programs use golf to help Iowa’s injured and disabled Veterans stay active, build confidence, and become part of a community of people who understand where they’ve been and where they’re going.
The support we generated at Grand Falls helps keep those opportunities available throughout the year through professional instruction, accessible golf equipment, free and reduced rounds, and more.
A Community Effort from Start to Finish
It takes a lot of people working together to turn a fundraiser into a successful day for GIVE.
Our VA volunteers generously gave their time to support the event. Golfers filled the course and rallied around the mission. Sponsors provided the resources and support that helped bring it all together.
And at the center of it were our Veterans and GIVE graduates, who continue to remind us why this work matters.
